Not at all. You can order as a guest with just your name, email, and phone number. If you want to track your order history, you can optionally create an account later.
Yes! nummyGo supports multi-vendor carts. You can add items from different restaurants or caterers into a single checkout, and each vendor will prepare your order independently.
After placing your order, you'll get a live tracking page that updates automatically. You'll see your order move through each stage โ from confirmed, to being prepared, to ready for pickup โ without refreshing the page.
Yes, within a short time window after placing your order, you can request changes โ like adding items, removing something, or updating special instructions. The kitchen will review and confirm your changes instantly.
You can pay online by card or choose to pay at the counter when you pick up your order. The available options depend on what the restaurant or caterer has enabled.
You'll be notified in real time on your tracking page. The kitchen can send you a delay update with an estimated wait time and a personal note, so you're never left guessing.
